Laser Protection and Operational Safety

The company has designated trained laser protection officers. They exercise cross-site control over the safe operation of all laser systems and ensure compliance with all protection requirements.
The protection of clients and employees is an integral part of the operational organization and is continuously reviewed.
V-NISSG Qualification and Professional Competence

All practitioners working in the company hold the legally required certificates of competence in accordance with the Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation and Sound (V-NISSG).
All employees have successfully completed both the V-NISSG foundational module and the corresponding V-NISSG technology module. These modules cover legal fundamentals, skin physiology, risk assessment, and the safe and professional handling of non-ionizing radiation in the applications used.
Beyond the foundational and technology modules, all practitioners hold additional job-related knowledge and skills (BKF). Each treating specialist holds at least three of the following recognized BKF certificates:
- Skin and Pigmentation
- Hair Removal with Laser
- Hair Removal with IPL
- Tattoo Removal & Permanent Make-Up
No treatment is carried out in the company without these qualifications. Compliance with all certifications is internally verified, documented, and regularly monitored.Ohne diese Qualifikationen wird im Betrieb keine Behandlung durchgeführt.
Die Einhaltung aller Nachweise wird intern überprüft, dokumentiert und regelmässig kontrolliert.
Medical Advisory Support

The company is professionally supported by an external medical advisor. This role is fulfilled by Dr. Tschager.
The medical advisory function serves quality assurance, the professional assessment of complex questions, and the further development of internal standards. Medical guidance is provided particularly in borderline cases, contraindications, or unusual skin reactions.
Occupational Safety and SUVA Requirements

The company is actively engaged in occupational safety and health protection.
Even without an industry-specific solution, internal hazard assessments, defined measures, and clear responsibilities are in place. Work processes, ergonomic aspects, and the safe handling of equipment are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.
Internal Quality Assurance

Since 2024, an internal quality assurance system has been in place, implemented across all locations.
All seven locations receive regular training. New findings, technical adjustments, and proven treatment approaches are systematically shared. Training sessions, assessments, and results are documented.
This ensures that the quality standard remains traceable and consistent across all locations.
Internal Process for Client Concerns

A clearly defined internal process exists for handling client concerns. Feedback is systematically recorded, reviewed, and professionally assessed.
Depending on the concern, internal investigations, consultations with responsible specialists, or adjustments to procedures are carried out. All steps are documented.
Hygiene and Documentation

Written hygiene protocols exist for all locations, covering daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Device cleaning, surface disinfection, and materials handling are clearly defined, documented, and accessible at all times.
Technology and Systems Used

All devices used carry CE marking in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for medical devices. The selection of technologies supports standardized, controllable, and professionally traceable treatment delivery.
Laser Hair Removal with PrimeLase
A professional diode laser system is used for laser hair removal. Treatment is deliberately performed at a fixed wavelength to ensure a clear methodology, reproducible results, and controlled parameter settings.
The system operates at high power with precisely controllable pulses. An integrated contact cooling system provides constant cooling of the skin surface during energy delivery, making the treatment well-controlled and generally perceived as comfortable.
The technology enables targeted heating of the hair structure while protecting the surrounding tissue. Parameters such as energy, pulse duration, and repetition rate are individually adjusted to skin type, hair structure, and treatment area.
Laser hair removal is part of a holistic aesthetic process. Skin reactions are assessed beforehand and monitored throughout. Treatment is carried out exclusively by qualified specialists in accordance with V-NISSG.
Tattoo Removal with Curas Hybrid
A Q-switched laser system specifically developed for the treatment of color pigments is used for tattoo removal.
The system operates with short, high-energy pulses that act selectively on pigments in the tissue. The use of different wavelengths allows various color pigments to be targeted.
Before each treatment, a thorough assessment of the tattoo, skin condition, and possible contraindications is carried out. Energy parameters and treatment intervals are individually determined, documented, and continuously reviewed.
Aesthetic Skin Care with Derma Facial

Derma Facial is a non-invasive, device-based skin care concept that combines various technologies in a structured treatment sequence.
The treatment may include cleansing, gentle peeling, and skin nourishment. Depending on skin condition, technologies such as ultrasound, radiofrequency, or microcurrents may also be applied. These applications support skin structure, circulation, and overall skin care.
Treatment is carried out following a professional assessment of the skin condition. Contraindications are reviewed and taken into account prior to treatment.

Aesthetics Association Switzerland
The company is a member of the Aesthetics Association Switzerland. All required admission and quality criteria have been met.
