Diamonds Body GmbH is a member of the Swiss Aesthetic Association and has passed all the necessary admission criteria.

In autumn 2021 we nominated ourselves for the HIPE Award. We faced the external audits of our operation over a long period of time.

All our employees complete a 3-month induction period with internal and external training and exams. The diode laser user is one of the external schools. For us this is a sign of our professionalism and quality. No employee is allowed to work for a customer without this training and without passing the exam. Here the application of the diode laser is deepened.

For us this is a sign of our professionalism and quality. No employee is allowed to work with a customer without this training and without passing the exam. In this training the basic principle, as well as the corresponding anatomy, pathology and technology are tested. 

The team contract is an important part of our operating philosophy. The team contract was developed at a team meeting. It is signed by every employee from management to laser therapist. With each new employment, the team contract is reviewed and re-signed. It is discussed annually and adjusted if necessary, only in the presence of all employees! We thus ensure the good team spirit, of which we are extremely proud. 

Every company needs laser safety officers who control safety in the handling of laser technologies. It serves the protection of customers and employees and is a must-have for us! As a laser institute and employer, we are subject to various laws and regulations in Switzerland, which must be complied with. A risk assessment according to SUVA must also be included. 

We are involved in associations and are always looking for contacts that further our effectiveness, our technologies and our professionalism. For example, we are a member of the Swiss Society for Medical Cosmetics (SGMK).

We also get a lot of information on handling lasers from the Swiss Laser Protection Association. Such memberships are very important for us. In this way, we create a network for exchanging experiences and possibilities for improvement.

We are also committed to occupational safety and health protection.

We invest a lot in the continuous training, as well as quality testing of our employees. We organize internal workshops with written and oral examinations. It serves to promote our TQM (Total Quality Management) in the company.
